Over the last six years, I have enjoyed the luxury of an extremely skilled scribe to document visits of my orthopedic surgery patients. Tarannum Kushnude documents my patient discussions and complaints, and physician exam evaluations, documenting my subjective, objective assessment and plan for their future care. I can’t imagine not having her in the room with me virtually during the office visit. She allows me to focus on talking to the patient focusing on their conditions, surgical intervention plans and treatment options. Tarannum allows me to focus on my patients condition, physical examination and discuss treatment options. I never have to look away from the patient to document the office visit. Overall quality of scribing service is excellent, noting that the accuracy and completeness of documentation are mostly accurate. Medical terminology and grammar are excellent as well. Highly satisfied with the TTC and ScribeEMR services have significantly improved the workflow and efficiency. I am saving two hours daily and 20–30 minutes is usually spent editing scribed notes.
