Overall, I am very impressed by my scribe’s performance. She handles chart prepping and checks information on the patient’s chart, so that when I walk into the room, the HPI section is already filled out with a small review of the prior visit issues and plan. Most importantly, the high-quality notes are done in real time, finished by end of the day, and locked quickly, allowing me to increase my billing.
